Widow’s Care

Our vision is that all of God’s children have a good quality of life and access to clean water, nutritious food and good medical care. Part of fulfilling this aim is supporting the poorest and most vulnerable people in the tribal villages.

‘The poor and needy search for water, but there is none; their tongues are parched with thirst. But I the Lord will answer them; I the Lord of Israel, will not forsake them.’ (Isaiah 41:17)

There are no pensions here. The elderly widows, who have no way of earning an income and no family who can support them, often live in extreme poverty.

Fountain of Life Ministries has brought fresh hope to about 80 women, who we support financially and provide food parcels too.

SUPPORTING THE POOR

Fountain of Life Ministries depends entirely on donations in order to continue providing this much needed widow’s care. We are called to care for those in need and share what we have with the poor. These women have nothing. We are their only hope.

‘He defends the cause of the fatherless and the widow, and loves the alien, giving him food and clothing. And you are to love those who are aliens’ (Deuteronomy 10:18-19).
